When I started looking through applications for my Brand Ambassador team, Makenna was a total no brainer. Her older sister was on my team a few years ago, and when I saw Makenna during one of those shoots, I knew I wanted her on my team someday! She is a total stunner. I feel like I could photograph Makenna on a “bad day” and she would still look ridiculously lovely. But what I really love about this gal is how incredibly kind and active she is in her community. She’s big into volleyball at Faith Christian and involved in more service projects than I think I can count!

For Makenna’s session, we went to Boulder. I loved getting to capture Makenna’s more romantic side through these images as well as a few edgier looks. She brought some really awesome outfits that totally reflect her and you could tell made her feel confident. The light was AMAZING and just catches Makenna’s hair so beautifully that she was lit up the whole session. We really couldn’t have asked for a better session!
