Hey there!

My name is Leighellen.  I'm a cow kissing, weight lifting, book lover + literary lifestyle guru out of Crawford, TX.  My favorite genres are historical + literary fiction, YA fantasy, and inspirational memoirs.  I am drawn to coming of age stories, family dramas, and anything with octogenarians! 

At Momma Leighellen's Book Nook I share reviews, host author chats + giveaways, and highlight bookish products. I am the founder and co-host of Book Friends Book Club, a highly successful monthly group hosting deep discussions and author interviews for historical and literary novels. I'm an LFL steward and have a stunning home library. Stay tuned to learn more about booking weekend reading retreats on our ranch!
