Friends! It’s time to announce my February Book Club picks. It is Black History month and the month of LOVE, so that gave us lots of options. Without further ado, here is our @bookfriendsbookclub picks for February! We are SO excited about February’s Book club! So many places and time periods to enjoy. It’s gonna be good!

1). Her Hidden Genius by Marie Benedict: 1947 France. The story of Rosalind Franklin, the woman who discovered the double helix DNA structure. Chat: 2/13

2) Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson: 1960’s Caribbean. Dual timeline, multi POV. Two estranged siblings learn about their true history and heritage after their mother’s death. A @bookofthemonth add on! Chat 2/20

3) I Must Betray You by Ruta Sepetys: 1989 Romania. A young man dreams of becoming a writer but is forced by a tyrannical dictator into becoming an informant. He risks everything to expose the regime. Chat 2/27
