3. It’s an escape! Life is hard. Work. Bills. Kids. But dip into a book, and within moments you’re transported.
4. It connects: In a day and age when isolationism leads to anxiety and depression, reading CONNECTS us – with online bookclubs, stack challenges, and readathons there are more ways to meet your people through a book.
5. It’s personal: Grab your tabs! Highlight those quotes that mean something to you. Chances are, you can make a t-shirt or tote out of it in no time.
6. It’s global: Remember penpals? Now you can connect with other readers on #bookstagram and #booktube that are all over the world. How cool to read them same thing!
7. It’s fun! From romcoms to scifi, historical fiction to fantasy. There’s something for everyone.

So grab a book and get reading! All the cool kids are doing it.
